As we enter into coyote pupping season, Project Coyote, along with our Marin Coyote Coalition partners, is offering a free Coexisting with Coyotes webinar. While focused in Marin County, the information and resources provided will be beneficial to communities across California and beyond. We will discuss how to reduce negative encounters between coyotes and companion animals, when and how to haze coyotes and the ecological benefits of coyotes to healthy and diverse ecosystems.
Guest speakers include Keli Hendricks, Ranching with Wildlife Coordinator for Project Coyote, Carolyn Whitesell, Human-Wildlife Interactions Advisor with the University of California Cooperative Extension, and Dave Stapp, Field Services Supervisor for Marin Humane.
