Los Angeles, CA: Urban Wildlife Week, October 16-22

We are putting on a community-wide festival, P-22 Day, to honor Los Angeles’s most famous mountain lion. This will be part of a larger event, Urban Wildlife Week, October 16-22. The festival is the cumulation of a 3 1/2 day and more than 40 mile hike led by Beth. They will walk through the Santa Monica Mountains and Los Angeles –taking a similar path to the one that P-22 may have followed. Their journey will illustrate how the promise of connectivity is integral not just for the future of mountain lions, but for all wildlife. We would love for you to participate.
