The #CaptureCoexistence campaign unites nature photographers and videographers to join our efforts to end cruel and senseless Wildlife Killing Contests nationwide. Through camera lenses, the essence of coexistence is captured—humans and nonhuman animals living in beautiful multispecies communities—and inspires appreciation for wild nature.
Unfortunately, wildlife policy currently caters toward minority special interest groups, perpetuating practices such as wildlife killing contests. This places a cheap price tag on the lives of wild species, degrades the value of individual animals, endangers ecotourism economies, and damages ecosystems.
The #CaptureCoexistence campaign champions ethical, non-consumptive wildlife recreation and amplifies the collective voices of the nature photography industry in support of wildlife policy that protects rather than harms wildlife. With a unified voice from nature photographers and videographers, we can show the beauty of the wild lives lost during each killing contest and inspire more advocacy demanding an end to this indefensible bloodsport.
