Project Coyote achieved some momentous accomplishments this past year. We were gratified to have attracted a significant number of both recurring and sustaining donors, and we enlarged our already amazing Project Coyote pack with several new team members!

We’ve celebrated victories on many fronts in our mission to create a more compassionate world for all living beings—and we will continue this work into the next year and beyond. In fact, our Southern California Representative Randi Feilich will be joining a contingent of wildlife advocates at the Torrance, CA City Council meeting tonight to urge the city to continue with the city’s Urban Coyote Management Plan rather than implementing lethal control. And if you didn’t see our email last week about our victory in Arizona with our national campaign to end wildlife killing contests, click here.

We couldn’t have accomplished any of this without you. Giving Tuesday is traditionally a fundraising day for nonprofits across the globe, and we depend on you—our supporters—to help us stop the abuse and mismanagement of North America’s misunderstood and persecuted wild carnivores. We appreciate and will use wisely every contribution you make. Please help us create a more compassionate world by making a secure online donation today. A monthly or quarterly donationin whatever amountwill help sustain our work now and into the future.

There’s another way to give this year! Facebook and PayPal have offered to match up to $7 Million in donations to nonprofits on #GivingTuesday! Please help Project Coyote achieve even more for our native wildlife by taking advantage of this generous offer and creating a fundraiser on your own Facebook page. It only takes a few minutes—here’s how it works.

And please help us expand our circle of compassion by sharing this email with others (direct link to share through social media here).

Thank you for helping us create a better world.

About Project Coyote

Project Coyote is a national non-profit organization based in Northern California whose mission is to promote compassionate conservation and coexistence between people and wildlife through education, science and advocacy. Our representatives, advisory board members and supporters include scientists, educators, ranchers and citizen leaders who work together to change laws and policies to protect native carnivores from abuse and mismanagement, advocating coexistence instead of killing. We seek to change negative attitudes toward coyotes, wolves and other misunderstood predators by replacing ignorance and fear with understanding, respect and appreciation.
